Welcome! We are glad you have chosen to take advantage of your dual credit opportunities and we encourage you to complete and submit your Dual Credit Student Admissions Form using the on-line form.

Who needs to complete a Dual Credit Student Admissions Form?

• High School dual credit students

Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be registered for dual credit courses. Students with registration holds due to previous balances or other registration restrictions will not be registered for dual credit until their registration hold has been resolved. Some courses have pre-requisite or placement requirements that must be met in order to be registered. You will receive confirmation of the dual credit courses you have been registered for by mail. Please take time to review your registration letter when you receive it.
